A Century of Service: Four Generations of Rawlinson Leadership
For over a century, New System has been a cornerstone of quality and service in commercial laundry and linen rental, proudly led by four generations of the Rawlinson family. It all began in 1917 with our founder, George Rawlinson, whose commitment to excellence laid the foundation for everything we stand for today.
As a 4th-generation family-owned business, our story is rooted in a dedication to quality, reliability, and a deep connection to the communities we serve. Each generation has built upon the last, passing down expertise and a commitment to excellence that continues to guide us today.

After a devastating fire in 1960, we saw an opportunity to rebuild stronger than ever. The plant rose from the ashes, equipped with better, more efficient machinery – and the growth didn’t stop there! Soon after, we expanded to meet the demands of our thriving business.
